研究方向

1油菜资源的组学研究  我们对数百份油菜及其近缘种进行DNA芯片和基因组测序分析,挖掘出了一批与油菜驯化和杂种优势有关的遗传位点;

2油菜重要农艺性状分子解析 油菜的很多重要农艺性状都是数量性状。我们主要针对油菜菌核病和根肿病抗性性状,油菜千粒重和分枝等农艺性状,硫苷等品质性状开展QTL定位和基因克隆研究,分子育种选育优良品种/品系。
