范艳华,研究员 男,汉族,博士生导师。2006年博士毕业于西南大学。主要从事昆虫及植物病原真菌的侵染致病机理、植物抗病基因工程等研究。已入选国家级人才、国务院特殊津贴获得者、新世纪优秀人才支持计划、重庆市巴渝学者、重庆市第二批特支计划。主持及主研了多项国家级及省部级项目,在Nat BiotechnolPNASPLOS Pathogens等杂志发表多篇SCI论文,获授权专利8项。

研究领域:

1) 植物病原真菌侵染致病机理及植物抗病基因工程:通过各种分子生物学手段解析植物病原真菌的侵染致病机理及相关基因功能;通过基因工程在植物中表达抗病基因,提高植物对病害的抗性,从而提高作物产量及品质。

2) 蛋白质的分子定向改良:根据应用中对蛋白质某些特性的需求,应用现代分子生物学的相关手段对其进行定向改良,获得活性或相关特性大幅提高的新型蛋白;

3) 昆虫病原真菌的侵染致病分子机理及遗传改良:分析昆虫病原真菌的侵染致病分子机理,利用基因工程手段对昆虫病原真菌进行改良,提高其防治效果。如在昆虫病原真菌中表达干扰害虫生理生化活动的基因,抑制害虫取食、干扰水平衡或影响信息素的产生等,从而增强昆虫病原真菌的防治效果;

4) 真菌次生代谢物的合成调控机制研究:杀虫真菌产生的次生代谢物具有杀虫、抑制细菌、真菌、病毒生长的活性。分析其生物学活性,获得生物合成基因及阐明调控机制是该方向的主要研究内容;
