研究方向
1. 植物脂质生物学，主要是植物结构和贮藏脂质的体内合成、代谢、调控与功能的生物化学和分子生物学解析；
2. 植物脂溶性维生素，主要研究脂溶性维生素的合成与代谢途径的分子机制，以提高植物营养品质。
