王楠 教授,博士生导师,教育部国家级青年人才,四川省杰青,重庆市学术带头人后备人选。主要从事水稻雄性不育分子机制解析和不育系创制等科研工作。

近五年,主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、四川省自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金项目1项、重庆市项目2项、作为研究骨干参加国家自然科学基金重点项目1项和重庆市创新研究群体项目1项。以第一或通讯作者在Molecular PlantPlant PhysiologyThe Plant Journal等刊物上发表论文20余篇。获得重庆市自然科学奖一等奖1项,重庆市科技进步二等奖1项。承担了本科生的《基础生物化学》和《基础生物化学实验》课程、以及研究生的《高级作物育种学》课程的教学工作。

1. 国家重点研发计划课题:西南稻区高光效及优良异交习性种质创制与应用。2024年-2027年,经费:320万,主持。

2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目:Coiled-coil结构域编码基因DMS1参与水稻减数分裂和花粉发育的分子机理。2021年-2024年,经费:59万,主持。

3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目:半乳糖醛酸转移酶编码基因PDT1参与水稻育性发育的分子机理。2018年-2022年,经费:59万,主持。

4. 四川省自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金项目:水稻胞泌复合体亚基APTG1调控花粉萌发的分子机制。2024-2026年,经费:40万,主持

5重庆市自然科学基金:类成束蛋白阿拉伯半乳聚糖蛋白编码基因OsFLA参与水稻育性发育的分子机理。2018年-2021年,经费:10万主持。
